Our Verdict
CoBlocks Forms is the simplest possible solution and perfectly fine for a basic contact form. Its fatal flaw is not saving entries to a database — if email delivery fails, you lose that submission forever. For any business context, add at minimum a plugin like Flamingo to capture entries, or better yet, use a dedicated form plugin.
